Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to directions. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat and add flour, making a roux. Slowly add milk and stir constantly so it isn't lumpy (use a wisk). Add additional ingredients, except cheese. Just before it boils remove from heat and add cheese. Mix well. Add cooked pasta and pour into 9x13 pan. Cook for about 20 minutes.
