Cook Macaroni noodles until tender. Drain and rinse. In same pot melt butter add the pepper and onion salt. Once the butter is melted sprinkle in the flour, stir together until smooth slowly add the milk until thick and bubbly (if is seems to thick add a little more milk until desired consistance)
Add the cream cheese and about one cup of cheddar cheese stir in until melted.
Place the cooked noodles in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the noodles and stir in to cover the noodles. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top ( you may want more cheese). Place in 350 oven and cooked until the cheese is melted. (Cover with tinfoil to keep the cheese from browning.)
