I saw this on the Today Show
Cooke and drain pasta. In large sauce pan make roux with butter and flour. Add milk and cheese and stir. Add pasta and mix. Pour pasta mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Put bread crubs on top.
Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
