Cook pasta 6 minutes
in medium sauce pan Combine: corn starch, salt, dry mustard, pepper
stir into milk until smooth
Add: butter, stirring occasionally
bring to boil over MED-HI heat and boil 1 minute
Remove from heat
Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping
stir in remaining cheese until melted
turn in to greased 2 quart casserole dish
sprinkle with reserved cheese
Bake uncovered in 375 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
