Mom K's Mac & Cheese
Cook pasta. Drain.
Melt butter over low heat in a heavy saucepan. (Wooden spoon for stirring is a help)
Blend in flour and seasoning. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
Blend in cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in cooked pasta.
