Suggest a better descriptionPut macaroni in boiling, salted water; cook approx 10 minutes or until tender. drain. Put into an ovenproof dish.
Put chopped bacon in pan; saute until crisp; remove from pan.
Heat butter in pan add flour; cook 1 minute.
Gradually add milk; cook. stirring until sauce boils and thickens; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Add dry mustard, salt & pepper; mix well. Gradually add grated cheese, stirring until all cheese has melted.
Pour cheese sauce over macaroni.
Melt extra butter in pan; add breadcrumbs; mix well. Sprinkle over cheese sauce, then sprinkle extra grated cheese over breadcrumbs.
Bake in moderate oven 25 minutes or until heated through.
