A good Italian rosemary bread

Add the yeast, sugar, and flour to a bowl.
Let it sit for 5-10min.
Add flour and mix.
Add half the rosemary to the dough, mixing until the dough doesn't stick to the sides.
Cover and let rise for an hour.
Knock down the dough, and divide into two.
Place each half on parchment paper and let it rest for a few minutes.
Brush each half with butter and sprinkle with the rest of the rosemary and coarse salt.
Cover and let rise for 45min.
Bake at 425f for12-14min.
