In saucepan : (Dressing)
1.Combine Sugar, salt, mustard and flour
2.Add eggs and vinegar and mix well
3.add water and stir until smooth
4.cook on low heat until thickened stirring frequently
.5.cool the dressing
1.Combine Macaroni, Hard boiled eggs , celery, onion, green peppers, and shredded lettuce
2. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture
Serve , (Better the next day )
