My version of Macaroni Salad.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Mix salad dressing mix according to package directions. Mix together all ingredients. Chill.
Use amounts of pickle, Velveeta, celery, green onion, salt, pepper and mayo to your liking.
I use the Velveeta cheese because it "melts" into little blobs of yummy cheesiness. And I use Best Foods mayo because I prefer the taste. Add an extra egg if you wish to have one for garnish.
