Suggest a better descriptionSpray 6 molds or small custard cups with cooking oil. Mix half the Parmesan with the breadcrumbs and use some to coat the molds. Mix the macaroni, butter and remaining Parmesan. Divide the egg among the molds. Add layer of macaroni and half of the mozzarella. Add the smoked salmon, macaroni, remaining mozzarella and breadcrumb mixture. Place the molds in 1 1/4 inches of hot water in a baking pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until set. Melt the butter for the sauce, stir in the flour and gradually add the cream. Bring to a boil, stirring well, until thickened. Spoon the sauce onto serving plates.
