Now that the warm weather is here this salad is great as a side dish with burgers, or other BBQ meats.
Cook the macaroni until semi soft (el dente)
Cook the eggs hard boiled.
While the macaroni and eggs are cooking blend the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, tuna and onions. When cooked place in ice cold water until cool, then drain and add to mayonnaise mixture. Chop the hard boiled eggs and add to mixture.
Mix thoroughly and add hot sauce to your taste.
Chill for about 1 hour.
Serve as side dish.
