1. Add water, chicken, 2 tsp salt, butter and macaroni to pot -- stir well to mix and be submerged in water
2. Seal lid and cook for 2 minutes on High Pressure
3. Release pressure quickly
4. Press Cancel, open lid and get rid of 1/4 cup water from pot
5. Set on Saute mode
6. Add spinach, pesto sauce, garlic and remaining 1 tsp salt, cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, black pepper
7. Cook 1-2 minutes as you stir until sauce is creamy
8. Top with asiago cheese and basil
