Honey sweetened Macaroons
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix egg whites, honey, vanilla, and coconut in a bowl.
Let rest for 15 minutes.
Grease a non-stick pan if needed.
Portion cookies on pan and bake for 10-20 minutes. Time depends on oven, size and thickness of cookies and preference. Once cookies start to brown they should be done.
