Suggest a better descriptionUse food processor to mix dough well. Cook apricots in 1/2 cup water and 2/3 cups sugar till thickened.
Roll dough and fill with apricot filling. Either top with another circle or fold in half. Bake at 350-375 for ~15-20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
