Perfect for almost anything. BBQ chicken, pork chops, sautéed vegetables, etc.
Garlic powder can be substituted for the granulated garlic but use about 1/2 as much.
Cayenne pepper can be added to taste... I usually use a little less.
For BBQ chicken and other meats, I rub this on a few hours before grilling and leave it covered loosely in the fridge.
This makes about 2 cups so I just keep it in a plastic bowl with a lid in my pantry and use it until its gone. It goes a long way.
