In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, garlic powder,and salt. In a large saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until its melted and can be stirred together.
Add butter, egg, and stir to combine. Stir in almond flour mixture until dough comes together (keep heat on low.) It will still have streaks of cheese. Turn out dough onto a parchment lined surface and knead until uniform.
Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.
To make mini muffin shells use a 2 1/4 inch circle or biscuit cutter. yields 36 muffins. Bake the tart shells for 6 minutes empty at 350. Fill the shells with spinach filling or Buffalo chicken filling and bake again for about 6 minutes.
To make pizza crusts, divide in half and roll thin. Pre bake, flipping halfway between to lightly brown both sides.
