One of my all time favorite recipes. Cannot remember where I found it but it was back when I moved to Georgia.
In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk, garlic, ginger, pecan meal, onions, jalepeno pepper, tumeric and lemon juice. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring often until it boils. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to about 2 cups (about 10 minutes).
Add the fish and lemon wedges, simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until fish is opaque in the middle. Do not overcooks the fish!
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
