Suggest a better description1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle fish with pepper, coat with cooking spray. Add fish to pan, and cook 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook 1-2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Remove from pan and keep warm.
2, Reduce heat to medium and add oil to pan. Add tomato, cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste, 2 tablespoons vinegar
and miso paste, cook 1 minute, stirring gently. Remove from heat and add butter, stir gently until butter melts.
Stir in 2 teaspoons vinegar. Divide fish among 4 plate; top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
