This is a terrific knockoff of an Iowa classic, the Maid-Rite.
Mix all together in a cooking pot and blend thoroughly with a potato masher BEFORE and DURING cooking. Cook until done without draining pot. Dip cut side of top bun into pot to coat surface with oily liquid. Pile loose meat onto bun and enjoy! Serve with mustard and onions as potential condiments. There's always ketchup, too, but hey, we wouldn't recommend it.
