Suggest a better descriptionThaw lobster tails in refrigerator. Split the shell through the center using a sharp knife. Pull apart slightly. Place the lobster tails, split side up in a pan with 1 inch of water. Put 1 tsp. of butter and 1 tsp. of paprika on each lobster tail. Bake in 350°F oven until meat is solid white, about 20min.
