Grease a large baking dish. Layer:
2. Tortillas (I dip them in the sauce then layer)
3. Velveeta slices (be generous)
4. Chopped Onion
Layer again 2-3x and use up the ingredients.
Bake 350F for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving. Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa.
