Notes: Majdeckis Inn, St. Francis Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Place cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl. Mix vinegar and sugar together in large glass jar, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage. Then add oil, then pepper to taste.
