In a large flat bowl, whisk together eggs, Egg Beaters, skim milk, fat-free half and half and vanilla. Dip bread slices into egg mixture and place in a lightly greased pan. Drizzle bread with any remaining egg mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, syrup, and pecans. Spoon mixture over bread.
Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes.
