Suggest a better description1. Arrange cake slices in a single later in an ungreased 13x9" dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding. Mix for 2 min or until thickened. Beat in ice cream. Pour over cake. Chill.
3. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Chill until partially set.
4. Spoon gelatin over pudding mixture. Chill until firm.
5. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
May also serve with whipped cream.
May use angel food cake mix, placing the batter in 3 - 8 1/2" aluminum foil pans. Cool cakes on their sides.
