Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. In a large roasting pan roast wings, celery, onion and garlic for 2 hours. Remove from oven.
Add water and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer on low for one hour, uncovered.
Strain stock. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours and remove fat.
In a large pan melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat for 2 minutes. Whisk in turkey stock and cook until thickened.
Add milk, vinegar and salt to taste.
For thickening dissolve 1 teaspoon cornstarch in one teaspoon of cold water and slowly add to gravy while whisking.
