Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Heat skillet with non-stick spray to medium heat. Add checken and saute 2 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Pour rice vinegar mixture into pan an bring to boil over medium high heat. Cook 6 minutes until slightly thickened. Return chicken to pan and cook 1 minute.
Sprinkle cheeses over pizza dough and top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with green onions.
Bake 12 minutes
