Place chicken in water to boil
Add celery and onion
Mix flour, shortening and salt; knead dough
Mix cold water until like biscuit dough
Roll it out to 1/4 to 1/2" thick
Cut into strips about 1" wide
Once chicken is done, let it cool, then debone and break up. Add chicken back to water
Add can of Cream of Celery Soup to broth and bring to a boil
Drop dumplings in
After dumplings are done, simmer on low
