Suggest a better descriptionMix eggs, cheese, onion and bacon in a large bowl. Add Worcestershire, mustard, Tabasco, pepper, salt, garlic powder and mayonnaise. Consistency should be like chicken salad. Spoon mixture onto English muffin halves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Brown under the broiler until hot and bubbly.
The mix can be made ahead and stored, covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
