Saute onion in oleo. Mix catchup up in one of the liquids with fork. Then mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hr. Check rice kernels about 45 minutes.
Be sure and mix the ketchup up in the other ingredients well before baking. Nothing worse than clumpy ketchup in your brown rice. Also, try adding a jar of sliced mushrooms to the onion saute.
