Suggest a better descriptionWash and de-stem collard greens. Cut up into small pieces. In large saucepan heat oil and saute pepper, and onion. Add collards and water. Bring to boil then lower heat. Cook for about 2 hours, until greens are soft. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
