Prep fish by cutting into fillets, removing bones and any blood line. Season fish with kosher salt and black pepper.
Make egg wash by mixing egg and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Dip the fish in the egg wash, then dust with the flour.
Heat pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Place fish in the oil and brown one side (~2 min). Flip and brown the other side.
Remove the fish to plates.
Add butter, parsley, nuts, lemon and wine. Shake to incorporate into a sauce. Reduce slightly to get sauce consistency. Pour sauce over fish.
Serve with Tropical fruit salsa.
