Fantastic, easy to make Italian style meatballs just lika mama useta make!
1. Break apart slices of bread (remove crust) into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce in sauce pot and being to heat.
2. Pour just enough milk to cover the bread but not-so-much that there is milk left over.
3. Put meat in bowl with eggs and mix.
4. Mix all remaining ingredients together to taste into meat mixture. Add bread crumbs until the consistency is smooth and does not easily separate.
5. When sauce in pot begins to simmer, form meat into smallish round balls and drop in pot. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Mangia!
I find that depending on the brand of bread, it can be too soggy... so adjust accordingly!
