Suggest a better descriptionSoften yeast in lukewarm water. Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, crisco, warm water, and mashed potatoes. Add yeast mixture and knead in flour to stiffen. Let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1.5-2 hours). Make into 28 rolls. Place in roaster pan. Let rise again until light. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and grease with margarine. Cover to keep soft.
Bake in roaster pan, 7 x 4.
Takes 1.5-2 hours to rise.
