Mix together all ingredients except olive oil. Adding more water will result in softer meatballs. Form into 1 to 1.5 inch meatballs. Brown on all sides in olive oil in hot skillet. (Or, bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 mins). Drop into spaghetti sauce when cooking, cook in sauce until meatballs are cooked through, at least 1/2 hour. Makes 18-24 meatballs, depending on size.
You can freeze them after frying and before adding to sauce, if the recipe makes more than you need for your meal.
