2. Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper & spray with nonstick cooking oil spray.
3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
4. Remove from the heat and add the cocoa power, stirring to combine. Let cool slightly.
5. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then add the sugars and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
6. Add the cooled butter-chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
7. Spread the batter evenly in the pan
8. Bake for 40-45 min. or until crust forms on the surface and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
9. Cool completely before cutting.
