Preheat grill to high, if cookin on bbq about 400 degrees. Mix together beef and game (elk,buffalo, or deer) hamburger in bowl with worcestershire sauce and garlic. Once flavors are all mixed in add eggs one at a time followed by ritz crackers. Divide mixture into four patties, and yes they should be that big, thats why they're called Manburgers. Place quater cup feta in the
center of two patties. Place remaining patties on top and press edges together.
Place on grill or bbq for two minutes per side to seer the turn heat down to slow cook. Now start to fry up your onions and mushrooms with a touch a the beer to keep moist. Your hambugers should be close to done at ten to fifteen minutes. Then add whatever confiments you desire and top the onions and mushrooms. Your gunna need big hamburger buns and a few napkins.
