A base sauce to make a Hakka style chicken or beef Manchurian.
In a pan, add oil along with all the listed ingredients. Mix until it comes to a boil.
In order, to make Chicken Manchurian, start by taking a 1 lb of chicken cut into small cubes. Add salt, black pepper, a dash of vinegar and dip in dry all purpose flour. ( should be dry not mushy)
Now deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix until coated. Top it with chopped green onions.
