Divide into 3-9 inch greased & floured layer pans.
Bake 20 min. @ 325. Cool completely.
Using electric mixer, mix pudding with pineapple & juice. Then add Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on top and sides. Keep covered in refrigerator. (Better if made the night before).
