Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, & lemon juice very well.
Place all dry ingredients in a separate bowl together. Slowly add dry ingredients to the batter until blended well.
Take out paddle or mixing tool and add the chocolate chips, nuts or both & mix well.
Shape into 2 loaves on non-stick cookie sheet.
I use wax or parchment paper so you do not ruin your pan when you cut them.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bottoms look done.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Slice with sharp knife into slices.
Turn on side, you can sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes depending on h ow brown the pieces are.
