Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, oranges (with juice) mix well
Pour into greased and floured pans. (will make four 9" round layers)
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350*
Cool all layers
While layers are cooling Combine pudding mix, cool whip, and pineapples (with juice). Mix well.
Spread mixture on cake.
