Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients earlier the day except avocado. Just before serving add avocado. Sometimes to save time, I buy premade pico de gallo in the produce section at the grocery store. Then, I don't bother with the onion or jalapeno. I still add more tomatoes and cilantro, though.
This is always a HUGE hit. Perfect for summer entertaining. I always make a huge batch (usually double the recipe) and it's always gone.
