3. Combine sugar, mango, eggs, oil, and vanilla in separate bowl.
4. Add dry ingredients, blend 1 min.
5. Add macadamia nuts.
6. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 40-45 mins.
7. Let cool before serving.
