Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and sugar. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Lightly butter a large loaf pan or several small pans. Pour batter into pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
