Salsa: Combine mango, 2/3 cup pineapple chunks, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper,. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Chicken: press to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 3 T cilantro, 3 T soy sauce, 2 T honey, 1 tsp lime juice, dash red pepper flakes. Marinate 30 minutes and grill.
Serve mango salsa over chicken.
