Preheat skillet or griddle to 325.
Butter 1 side of each piece of bread, stacking so that the butter sides are together.
Place cheese on non buttered side and top with chutney.
Place top piece of bread onto cooking surface and then top with other piece of bread, butter side up.
Flip when bottom piece is toasted, toast other side.
Serve and enjoy!
I make the Chutney ahead and freeze. Using muffin tins for freezing smaller portions that can be defrosted as needed.
