Suggest a better descriptionIn a blender, puree mangoes with the granulated sugar, rum and lime juice. Add the eggs and blend. Transfer the mixture to a double boiler and cook over simmering water. Whisk constantly until mixture is custardy and firm. Pour custard into a mixing bowl and stir in vanilla extract. Chill covered. To serve, divide orange segments in individual dessert dishes.
