Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Once dissolved place all of the ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth. Taste and add sugar if needed. Re-blend and then scoop into serving containers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with sliced mangos or shredded coconut.
Using the ripest mangos possible will ensure the best taste as well as not having to use any additional sugar.
