Process mango into puree
heat water in a pot
when small bubbles begins
remove the pot from heat
add sugar and mix to dissolve
add gelatin power to dissolve
transfer into bowel with mango puree
add cream
combine thoroughly
add lemon juice to taste ( can skip )
divide into 5 small cups
chill for 2 hours
