Suggest a better descriptionSoak Agar for 20 mins to 1/2 hr.
Boil 20 0z. water, then put in Agar and boil till it has dissolved. Add sugar
Boil about 500 ml. water and dissolve the mango jelly in it and then add to the agar.
Pour in the Mango Puree and cook for a little while make sure it does not boil.
Then pour into a tray or moulds to set.
