Blend cream cheese , fresh cream until soft
Then add mango purè leaving 1/4 of it , Milkmade let it bend bend the wet mixture.
On the other side
Pour 1/4 of water from water quantity that has mentioned in Jelly packet and add jelly power (any flavour ) simmer it , this wil take about 2-3 mins also Add 1 tsp gelatin to luke warm water and add to jelly mixture (keep stirring).......when it is thick , if you feel the stickiness and little sticky strands on ur hand......jelly should be ready without lumps to pour inside wet mixture.
Now take a cake mould and fill the quater of tin with vanilla sponge cake cover the whole area , then add the wet mixture slowly without bubbles keep it in the fridge.
Finally again do jelly like the same way add rest of the mango purè
And immediately pour on the tin which is kept in the fridge
Pour it carefully dont try to spread with spoons as it comes off
Try to shake and make it settle equally flat
This is a best dessert for valentines day or any special day

It has nice balence of sweet and sour!
